High-performing professionals and teams don't rely on willpower-they rely on systems and habits. Grounded in James Clear's Atomic Habits research & Michael Hyatt's No Fail Habits insights, this training explores how small, intentional changes compound to create lasting success.

Participants will learn how habits shape identity both at work and home, as well as how the habit loop and the Four Laws of Habit Formation can be applied to adopting & implementing workplace best practices, processes, and goal setting.

By understanding and leveraging these principles, HR professionals and their teams can build a culture of continuous improvement, consistency, and peak performance.

 Learning Objectives

1.  Explore the relationship between identity and habit formation, and assess how this connection influences professional behavior, leadership presence, and team culture.

2.  Learn about the Habit Loop and the Four Laws of Habit Formation, and apply these principles to strengthen individual and team effectiveness in an HR context.

3.  Explore methods for embedding habit-building practices into performance management systems to foster accountability, track progress, and sustain individual and organizational growth.

4.  Design strategies for modeling and reinforcing habits across teams, enabling HR leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and high performance.
