Northern Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (NKY SHRM) is the leading HR voice in the community.  Incorporated in 1978, NKY SHRM is a not-for-profit organization focused on the development of human resource professionals in the Northern KY/ Greater Cincinnati area.  NKY SHRM is a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  As the world’s largest and most comprehensive HR organization, SHRM provides education, training, and government representation.

Professional certification is an integral part of HR development.  SHRM offers several levels of Human Resource Certification.  As a signature part of NKY SHRM’s commitment to its members, we provide ongoing opportunities for SHRM and HRCI professional development/ re-certification credits throughout the year.  We also partner with other local HR and business organizations to leverage additional resources for members.  To get more information about Certification click here.
