This presentation covers work-life balance, emphasizing its importance for employee well-being, productivity, and health. It addresses misconceptions, highlighting balance as harmony, not equal time. Key objectives include identifying signs of imbalance, strategies for achieving balance, managing workload and stress, creating a supportive work environment and tackling challenges for remote/hybrid workers with effective boundaries and workspace management.

Biography: 

Vicki Crawford serves as Director of HR Outsourcing for Hanna Resource Group (https://www.hannaresource.com/) after having gained 25 years of HR experience in the public sector and 2 years of experience in the private sector prior to joining the team. Her experience as a Generalist has given her knowledge in all areas of HR, which contributes to her success with her current clients, who are a range of all industries.

In 2009, Vicki gained her Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) from HRCI, and in 2015, her Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Vicki serves as the Communications Chair of the Northern Kentucky SHRM Chapter, Secretary for KY SHRM, and board member for the NKY Health Department Personnel Board, along with serving as a committee member for a number of initiatives through the NKY Chamber of Commerce.

Chase Adams serves as Director of Organizational Development for Hanna Resource Group (https://www.hannaresource.com/) and is a Certified Facilitator with a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychology and a RealTime Coaching certification. With a background in research, behavioral assessments, and data analysis, Chase delivers evidence-based solutions for business challenges.

Chase has extensive experience in HR operations within large healthcare and manufacturing companies, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, and productivity. Additionally, Chase’s expertise includes employment law, organizational development, change management, coaching, and training – all of which are used to support clients effectively.
