Presentation Overview:

In this presentation, we will delve into the critical intersection of LGBTQ+ identities, diversity, and the often-overlooked issue of domestic abuse. We'll explore the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals who experience abuse, and I will provide practical guidance for HR professionals and employees alike on creating a workplace that is not only inclusive but also safe and supportive. Together, we will learn to recognize signs of abuse, implement policies that protect employees, and foster a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. By the end of our session, you will leave equipped to be an ally, advocate, and agent of change in promoting a workplace free from domestic abuse and full of inclusivity and diversity.
