Presentation Description
The presentation will give guidance and communicate the importance of DEI&B. Educating to not pass judgement on individuals and dive into inclusion and belonging. Current examples will be shared of simple steps to take for employees to feel valued and heard. Also discuss how to measure your organization's success with your DEI&B program.
Speaker Bio
Amber Hyman joined BelFlex Staffing Network in 2020 as Payroll Manager and has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources and Payroll. She now leads the HR & Payroll team as the Vice President of People and Culture. As Vice President her responsibilities include managing benefits, compensation, and employee relations as well as attracting, retaining, and developing our internal talent. Amber was recently named 2022 Global Power 150 list by Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) and top 100 leaders to watch in 2023 from Candidate.ly World Staffing Awards. Amber is currently a member of American Staffing Association (ASA) IDEA group, and volunteer in her local community. She is a champion of DEI initiatives at BelFlex and has launched several company-wide programs that empower and enable employees to reach their full potential.
